Billing terms, in plain words
- Plans are month to month. No long-term contract by default.
- You are billed on the same date each month. Upgrades are prorated right away.
- Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you already paid for.
- When you cancel, your portal shows the exact end date and what work remains in that period.
- One-time setup work you approved in writing (like a website build) is not refundable once started.
- Ad spend is billed to you directly by Google or Meta, never through us.
- Payment plans are available when approved by the owner, in writing.
